Senator Ellis objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 348(FIN) "An Act approving and ratifying the sale of royalty oil by the State of Alaska to Flint Hills Resources Alaska, LLC, and Flint Hills Resources, LLC; and providing for an effective date" was adopted. Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis objected. The question being: "Shall the bill be advanced to third reading?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 348(FIN) Advance from Second to Third Reading? CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 348(FIN) will be on the March 3 calendar.
